Payment Options & Programs That May Help

Making Home Access Affordable — Honest Options, No Surprises

A ramp or mobility purchase is a real investment. Here's every path we know to make it work — explained straight, including what we can't promise.

1. Pay over time on store purchases

At checkout, our store supports installment options through Shopify's payment providers on eligible orders, which can split a purchase into smaller payments. Availability and terms are determined by the payment provider at checkout, not by us — you'll see exactly what you qualify for before you commit to anything.

2. Payment plans on local installs

For ramp installations in our NW Ohio service area, payment arrangements are something we discuss person-to-person at your Free Site Assessment. Every family's situation is different — talk to Rob directly at 567-320-2159 and we'll figure out what's workable.

3. HSA & FSA funds

Many accessibility and durable medical products may be eligible for purchase with Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds. Eligibility depends on your plan and sometimes requires documentation from a physician — check with your plan administrator, and ask us if you need product documentation for a claim.

4. Programs that may help Ohio families

Depending on your situation, these programs may help with the cost of home accessibility modifications. We can't promise approval or coverage — each program has its own eligibility rules — but they're worth investigating, and we're glad to provide quotes and documentation for any application:

Veterans: The VA's HISA grant (Home Improvements and Structural Alterations) can help eligible veterans pay for home access improvements such as ramps. Ask your VA social worker or contact your local VA office about eligibility.

Older Ohioans: Ohio's Area Agencies on Aging administer programs that, for eligible seniors, may assist with home modifications that support aging in place. Your local Area Agency on Aging can tell you what's available in your county.

Medicaid waiver participants: Some Ohio Medicaid waiver programs include environmental accessibility adaptations for eligible participants. If you or your loved one has a waiver case manager, ask them whether ramp modifications are covered under your plan.

The honest part: we are not an insurance company and we don't control any program's decisions. What we can do is right-size your quote so you're never applying for more than you need, provide every document an application requires, and be straight with you about what things cost.

Not sure where to start? Just ask.
